We provide a personal friendly service to our tenants from the start. We consider all applications carefully and have several pre-screening questions to determine suitability before booking viewings. This saves time for all parties.
We require our tenants to log maintainance via our property app which allows a ticketing-style system along with full audit. We do not tolerate rude abusive messages when reporting maintainence. Our staff have the right to work without abuse – delays can occur in repairs/ordering parts.
